State Senator José Serrano’s staff will meet with constituents to discuss issues for seniors on Thursday, July 17 between 11:30 am to 2:30 p.m. at the Mitchel Houses Senior Center, 188 Lincoln Avenue between E. 136th & E. 138th streets.
