The South Bronx Independent Artists Coalition joined forces with both local and international artists to present the first South Bronx Open Studio Tour in May, opening the doors to artist studios and galleries across Mott Haven and Port Morris.
“Run Wild,” an exhibit featuring the work of 50 artists at Wallworks Gallery through July 11, is a celebration of graffiti’s most visible era, the 1970s, when it was ubiquitous on subways and buildings around the city.
