On the Waterfront: Bronxites confront major changes as development roars on

The breakneck pace of development in the South Bronx may have slowed slightly during the pandemic, but it’s now back at full force, particularly along The Harlem River waterfront. Opinions are mixed among residents and businesses about what the effects of so much change so quickly will bring as rich in local identity as any in New York City.
